Who is The Giving Neighbors?

The answer to the question “And who is my neighbor?”  Jesus replied and said, “A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among robbers, and they stripped him and beat him, and went away leaving him half dead.  And by chance a priest was going down on that road, and when he saw him, he passed by on the other side. Likewise a Levite also, when he came to the place and saw him, passed by on the other side.

But a Samaritan, who was on a journey, came upon him; and when he saw him, he felt compassion, and brought him to an inn and took care of him.  On the next day he took out two denary and gave them to the innkeeper and said,’ Take care of him; and whatever more you spend, when I return I will repay you.’

Which of these do you think proved to be a neighbor to the man who fell into the robber’s hands?” And he said, “The one who showed mercy toward him.” Then Jesus said to him, “Go and do the same.” Luke 26-37

The Giving Neighbors is a faith-based organization who believes as Christians we are a body in Jesus Christ called to be arms that reach out to others in need, hands that give in love to others and feet that walk towards the work we are called to do, loving and helping our neighbors.

We at tGN believe we have been called to make a difference by  building bridges between medical service providers and those who need medical care and are the uninsured in America. Those who need a moments help, find themselves uninsured and are ineligible for aid of anykind.  We believe that good health is our biggest asset in life.

Join us in our new blog and help us to learn from each other and discover new ways to support, fund, assist, help those uninsured who need a helping hand.
